What we collect
We try to collect as little as possible.
- Things you send us. If you use the contact form, we get your name (if you give it), your email address and your message.
- Basic visit stats. Our host, Cloudflare, records standard request information such as the page you asked for, your browser type and your IP address, to keep the site running and secure. We look at totals like page views, not individual visitors.
How we use it
- To reply when you contact us.
- To understand which deals and pages are useful, so we can post better ones.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Affiliate links and cookies
Every deal on SnagTechDeals links to a retailer through an affiliate link. When you click one, the retailer (such as Amazon or Best Buy) may set a cookie in your browser so they can tell we sent you. That is how we earn a commission if you buy something.
Those cookies belong to the retailer, not us, and are covered by their privacy policies. We don't get your name, address or payment details from any purchase.
As an Amazon Associate, SnagTechDeals.com earns from qualifying purchases. Read the full affiliate disclosure
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with services that help run the site, such as our hosting provider, and only so they can do that job. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Your choices
- Ask what we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us below.
- Block cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though retailers may not know we referred you.
Depending on where you live, such as California or the European Union, you may have extra rights over your data. We'll honor those requests.
Children
SnagTechDeals is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
